About the role
We are looking for an Account Executive to drive new business and manage client relationships for our AI‑driven industrial trade platform in France. You will be the front‑line contact for buyers and suppliers, helping them navigate a fully digitalised materials‑trade ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, acquire and develop a portfolio of new B2B clients within the assigned market.
- Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Qualify leads through daily outbound calls, follow‑ups and rigorous pipeline management.
- Guide prospects through the sales process, from initial conversation to contract signing.
- Collaborate with the technology team to relay platform feedback and support continuous improvement.
- Work closely with both buyers and suppliers to resolve issues and ensure smooth trading operations.
- Monitor personal performance against targets and adjust strategies accordingly.
