Account Manager – Growth & Territory Segment

About the role
As an Account Manager focused on the Growth and Territory segment, you will drive revenue by selling AVEVA’s industrial software suite to new and expanding customers. You will help clients adopt AVEVA’s agile data platform and digital‑twin technology to manage engineering and process data more efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospects that have not previously used AVEVA solutions to generate new business.
- Develop and nurture existing accounts, driving upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to increase annual recurring revenue.
- Create and execute detailed account plans, from prospecting to closing, ensuring revenue targets and accurate forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams and leverage cross‑functional resources to support sales objectives.
- Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
- Deliver compelling presentations that showcase the value and differentiation of AVEVA’s technology.
- Proactively resolve customer issues in partnership with internal experts.
- Manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce and the MEDDPICC methodology.
Required profile
- Proven track record in solution‑based sales, preferably within industrial or software markets.
- Willingness to travel regionally (approximately 50‑60% of the time) and occasionally internationally.
- Strong ability to develop strategic account plans and meet revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
Required skills
- Salesforce CRM proficiency.
- Experience with the MEDDPICC sales methodology.
