Business Development Manager – DACH Region

About the role

SiteMinder is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new business across the DACH region. You will work with hotels of all sizes and travel‑tech partners, promoting the company’s AI‑powered platform that helps hotels acquire guests and maximise revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle sales: identify, engage and convert prospects into customers.
• Build and grow a strategic pipeline, qualifying leads and prioritising high‑value opportunities.
• Conduct discovery calls, product presentations and negotiate contracts while balancing client value and company margins.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts and reporting.
• Collaborate with onboarding, marketing, product and customer‑success teams to refine messaging and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Represent SiteMinder at industry events, webinars and client meetings, with occasional travel.

Required profile

• Proven full‑cycle sales experience, preferably in SaaS, hospitality technology or related services.
• Strong understanding of the hospitality value chain (hotel management, revenue strategy, guest acquisition).
• Excellent communication in German (C2) and English, with a consultative, outcome‑focused selling style.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment.
