Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a leading medical technology company in Munich. The role is central to supporting customers, coordinating internal processes and ensuring smooth order and service management. You will act as a bridge between customers, internal departments and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support and coordinate communication with internal departments and external partners.
• Prepare quotations and manage customer orders from receipt to completion.
• Create and monitor service orders, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Process invoices, credit notes and warranty claims.
• Support sales administration, invoicing and receivables management.
• Coordinate import/export activities and prepare relevant documentation.
• Assist with trade‑show administration and sales‑team travel arrangements.
• Maintain accurate customer records within the ERP system.

Required profile

• Commercial or business administration background.
• Experience with import/export processes and customer service operations.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑focused, professional and detail‑oriented.
• Fluent German (minimum B2) in both written and spoken form.
• Team‑oriented, reliable and adaptable.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with an ERP system (advantageous).
