Senior Account Executive

About the role

You will own a European territory and lead end‑to‑end sales cycles for mid‑market accounts in traditional industries. You will drive pipeline, close deals and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to accelerate growth in a largely undigitized market.

Key responsibilities

• Build and qualify pipeline through cold outreach, events, and targeted prospecting.
• Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to C‑level negotiations and close.
• Close mid‑market deals in the €15‑20k range with companies in manufacturing, logistics, construction, and trade.
• Expand and retain accounts post‑sale, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with BDRs, Marketing, Customer Success and Product to accelerate pipeline velocity.

Required profile

• 2+ years as an Account Executive in complex B2B SaaS with a track record of closing mid‑market deals.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Experience building pipeline from cold outreach and familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar methodologies.
• Strong academic background and comfortable with travel for industry events.
• Willingness to operate in a fast‑paced startup environment (Series A‑C).
