Customer Success Manager, DACH

About the role

Join Anthropic’s Customer Success team in Munich as a Customer Success Manager for the DACH region. You will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to complex enterprise customers, helping them unlock the full potential of Anthropic’s Claude AI capabilities—including API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code. The role combines business acumen with technical expertise to guide customers throughout their AI adoption journey.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusting, strategic relationships with key DACH decision‑makers to understand business objectives and identify optimization and expansion opportunities.
• Become an expert in Anthropic’s Claude products (API, Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code) and guide customers toward the most suitable solutions.
• Proactively drive usage planning, monitor consumption patterns, and address under‑utilization across both API‑based and seat‑based models.
• Help customers scale usage, implement change‑management strategies, and expand use cases across their organization to maximize ROI.
• Gather insights from customers to inform Anthropic’s research priorities, product development, and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Collaborate with the broader account team to provide best practices, guidance, and support as customer usage grows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client‑facing role within enterprise SaaS or AI solutions.
• Strong business acumen combined with technical understanding of AI/ML products.
• Ability to work autonomously, thrive in ambiguous environments, and coordinate across time zones.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German language proficiency is a plus.
