Customer Value Engineer

About the role

comstruct is building the agentic workforce for European construction, turning fragmented paperwork into real‑time data. As a Customer Value Engineer you will own the most valuable accounts after rollout and ensure every customer extracts maximum value from the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for top accounts, turning one‑off projects into long‑term strategic partnerships.
• Drive adoption across construction sites, onboarding teams and embedding comstruct into daily workflows.
• Build ROI models and lead strategic QBRs that demonstrate monetary value to decision‑makers.
• Identify expansion opportunities, create value cases and negotiate contracts together with sales.
• Channel field feedback to the Forward Deployed Engineering and product teams to shape future releases.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account or Project Management, preferably in complex, multi‑layered environments.
• Commercially minded with a natural ability to discuss pricing, defend value and spot growth opportunities.
• Comfortable reading and mapping ERP integrations and communicating feasibility with engineers.
• Curious about product mechanics and able to translate customer needs into product requirements.
• Excellent communicator who can engage site managers and C‑level executives alike.
• Willing to work five days a week onsite in Munich with occasional travel.
• Native‑level German and fluent English.
