Enterprise Account Executive – DACH (French & German)

About the role

GitGuardian is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to own and grow its DACH territory, with a primary focus on Switzerland. You will work remotely or from our Paris office, collaborating with a multilingual, technically‑savvy EMEA sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and engage enterprise‑level prospects across Switzerland, Germany, Austria and nearby French regions.
• Run the full sales cycle—from outbound hunting to contract negotiation and close—using a disciplined, hunter‑mindset.
• Demonstrate GitGuardian’s secrets‑detection and remediation platform to C‑level security and engineering stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline using MEDDIC/MEDDPICC methodology and modern sales tools.
• Forecast accurately, maintain pipeline discipline, and partner with Sales Engineers, Customer Success and leadership to drive expansion.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in English, French and German (Swiss German a plus).
• 5+ years of enterprise software or security sales experience, preferably in DevOps or Application Security.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles, including procurement, legal and security reviews.
• Strong hunter mentality with a history of exceeding quota.

• MEDDIC or MEDDPICC sales qualification methodology.
• Experience selling security, DevOps or cloud‑native solutions.
