Enterprise Account Executive

About the role

comstruct is building an agentic workforce for European construction, turning paper delivery notes and fragmented invoices into real‑time data and live decisions. The Enterprise Account Executive will drive large‑scale SaaS contracts with the continent’s biggest construction firms.

Key responsibilities

• Close contracts for enterprise accounts in Europe (deal size €100k‑1M, 2,000+ FTE)
• Own territory by landing the largest construction companies and expanding accounts from local to global
• Collaborate with BDR, Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams to win enterprise deals and ensure product fit

Required profile

• 4+ years experience as an Account Executive in enterprise B2B SaaS
• Closed SaaS deals of €100k+ in traditional industries such as construction, manufacturing or logistics
• Consistently top‑performing in fast‑paced startup environments (Seed‑Series C)
• Fluent in German and English
