Enterprise Key Account Manager

About the role

Wolt is looking for an experienced Enterprise Key Account Manager to lead strategic partnerships with Germany’s largest restaurant groups. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, driving commercial performance and ensuring the successful adoption of Wolt’s suite of products.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop relationships with key decision‑makers across enterprise restaurant groups.
• Identify growth opportunities, lead negotiations and increase adoption of Wolt’s services.
• Conduct regular business reviews, using data and market insights to provide strategic recommendations.
• Monitor portfolio performance, translate complex data into actionable insights, and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Product, Finance and Commercial teams to execute joint initiatives.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure alignment with Wolt’s business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic account management within the food‑service or technology sector.
• Strong commercial acumen and a data‑driven, consultative approach.
• Excellent communication skills with senior‑level executives.
• Self‑starter with entrepreneurial spirit and a service‑first mindset.
