Enterprise Sales Manager – Retail

About the role
Wolt is looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to join its Retail team in Germany. You will be responsible for driving growth within the enterprise retail segment, managing complex sales cycles and building long‑term strategic partnerships with the largest retailers.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end sales execution for enterprise retail accounts, from pipeline generation to deal closure.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline (3–5× quota) to ensure consistent deal flow.
- Lead negotiations with C‑level and senior stakeholders across large retail organisations.
- Create and implement account plans that drive retention, expansion and long‑term growth.
- Collaborate with Operations, Product, Marketing, Finance and Legal to structure and launch deals.
- Use data‑driven tools for forecasting, pipeline analytics and performance tracking.
- Leverage AI tools for deal prioritisation, account research and forecasting accuracy.
- Ensure smooth hand‑over of signed deals to operational teams to minimise friction.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in retail, e‑commerce, marketplace or omnichannel environments.
- Proven track record in enterprise B2B sales with full ownership of pipeline and revenue targets.
- Experience managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills, including C‑level engagement.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen (pricing, unit economics, contract terms).
