Executive Assistant to the CEO – Strategy Execution & Transformation

About the role

We are looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant to support the CEO of GAF Geospatial at our Munich headquarters. The role blends traditional executive support with strategic analysis, project coordination and transformation initiatives, ensuring that key business priorities are executed with discipline and clarity.

Key responsibilities

• Structure the CEO’s agenda, prepare briefings, presentations, meeting materials and executive summaries.
• Manage action tracking across meetings, decisions and business priorities.
• Produce analyses, business cases, decision papers and research on markets, competitors and organisational topics.
• Support the preparation of board, shareholder and strategic update materials.
• Coordinate cross‑functional transformation projects, track milestones and deliverables.
• Facilitate workshops, steering meetings and leadership reviews.
