About the role
The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for guests at a world‑class luxury hotel. You will create memorable experiences by delivering seamless check‑in and check‑out services, handling guest requests, and sharing local insights throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, manage arrivals and departures, and process reservations.
- Address guest inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Complete operational reports, maintain accurate records, and follow standard operating procedures.
- Promote local attractions and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized front‑desk environment.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting items up to 10 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- No prior hospitality experience required.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
- Commitment to safety, confidentiality, and company policies.
