About the role

Barilla is seeking a Future Leader (f/m/d) for its Sales & Marketing Graduate Program, based in Cologne. The programme prepares participants for future leadership positions through two 12‑month assignments across key commercial functions.

Key responsibilities

Become a full member of the assigned department and manage own projects.
Support the department manager in day‑to‑day business activities.
Participate in formal trainings and receive business mentorship.
Gain field‑sales experience and lead a key project to success.
Complete two 12‑month rotations in one of the following areas: Trade Marketing, Consumer Marketing, or Key Account Management.
Take part in an international rotation, starting in Cologne, Baar (Switzerland) or Innsbruck (Austria) and potentially in a Nordic location.
