German-speaking Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Customer Support Representative to join AUTODOC’s fast‑growing e‑commerce team. You will handle inbound email and chat inquiries, delivering timely and professional assistance to our European customers.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to German‑language customer queries via email and chat, meeting response‑time standards.
• Diagnose issues, provide effective solutions, and document interactions in the support system.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and share best practices with the team.
• Meet performance targets for response time, resolution rate and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken German; English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer support or service operations.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail.
• Ability to handle multiple requests in a fast‑paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer systems.
• Experience using CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems.
