Group Financial Controller, Europe

About the role

Travel Blue is seeking a hands‑on Group Financial Controller to own the full accounting agenda across its international business. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will ensure the accuracy, consistency and transparency of financial data that drives strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Take overall ownership of accounting and monthly financial reporting for all global entities.
• Define and implement group‑wide accounting policies, reporting standards and consolidation processes.
• Lead local finance teams to align with group requirements and deadlines.
• Manage group consolidation, financial controls, P&L oversight and reconciliations.
• Provide clear, actionable financial insights such as margin analysis by product, customer and market.

Required profile

• Fully qualified accountant with extensive experience in multi‑entity, international environments.
• Proven ability to operate in entrepreneurial settings, create clarity and improve processes.
• Strong commercial awareness and the capacity to translate numbers into business‑relevant insight.
• Excellent communication skills across cultures and senior stakeholder levels.
