GTM Director – Life Sciences AI & Data

About the role

Visium is seeking a GTM Director to lead business development for its AI‑native solutions in the Life Sciences sector. You will be the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, partners, and public authorities, shaping AI and data strategies that accelerate R&D, optimize operations, and improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and acquire new enterprise clients in specialty chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology.
• Design and execute outbound initiatives, including executive networking, thought‑leadership events, and targeted outreach campaigns.
• Conduct discovery meetings with C‑level stakeholders to understand business challenges, regulatory constraints, and innovation priorities.
• Develop tailored proposals and presentations that align Visium’s AI & Data capabilities with client objectives.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and measurable impact.
• Maintain deep knowledge of AI trends, digital R&D, and regulatory requirements in Life Sciences.
• Mentor and develop junior business development staff.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record in enterprise‑level sales or business development.
• Strategic thinking and strong relationship‑building skills, especially with C‑level executives.
• Extensive experience in AI, data analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
• In‑depth understanding of the Life Sciences industry, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and related regulatory environments.
