GTM Recruiter

About the role

Kombo is looking for a GTM Recruiter to own end‑to‑end hiring for its go‑to‑market teams in Berlin and New York. You will shape the candidate experience from the first outreach to the signed offer, working closely with the founding team to build the US office while supporting Berlin growth.

Key responsibilities

• Run full‑cycle GTM hiring across Berlin and NYC, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate roles, run retrospectives and advise on recruiting best practices.
• Track and analyse hiring metrics, using data to improve processes, candidate experience and conversion rates.
• Develop employer branding initiatives on LinkedIn and other channels to attract GTM talent.
• Maintain recruiting operations and tooling hygiene in Ashby, set SLAs and generate reporting.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience with a focus on GTM/commercial roles (NYC experience a strong plus).
• Proven ownership of end‑to‑end hiring processes and ability to act as a strategic partner to hiring managers.
• Data‑driven mindset: able to identify stalls, adjust strategies and improve outcomes.
• Comfortable discussing technical GTM roles and assessing relevant skill sets.
• Strong sourcing instincts and ability to craft compelling outreach.
