About the role

Join Impossible Cloud’s High Potential Program, a fast‑track 4‑6 month experience designed for ambitious graduates who want to dive into real‑world marketing challenges. You will work side‑by‑side with the Growth & Marketing team, gaining hands‑on exposure to paid media, conversion optimization, channel scaling, and performance analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in onboarding and training, mastering the company’s marketing tech stack and digital sales funnel.
• Plan, execute, and monitor high‑impact paid media campaigns across multiple channels.
• Design, test, and iterate landing pages and user journeys to improve conversion rates.
• Identify and experiment with new digital channels to expand market reach.
• Track ROI, build attribution models, and provide data‑driven insights for global go‑to‑market strategy.
• Lead a capstone project in the final months, showcasing your impact and leadership.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (BSc) in Marketing, Business, Science or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data‑driven decision making.
• Entrepreneurial attitude, proactive problem‑solver, and team player.
• Fluent in English and German for international collaboration.
