HR Data Analyst (m/f/d)

About the role

As an HR Data Analyst at Redcare Pharmacy you will turn complex people data into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic workforce decisions. You will work closely with HR partners and business leaders to build scalable data models and deliver real‑time dashboards that illuminate hiring, retention, engagement and performance trends.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced tabular and Databricks data models for workforce planning, headcount forecasting, retention analysis and organizational effectiveness.
• Create and maintain Power BI Cloud dashboards that visualise key HR KPIs such as hiring, attrition, engagement and performance.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Service and HR Business Partnering to align analytics with strategic objectives.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses of people and operational data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Translate complex data into compelling narratives tailored for HR and business stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Economics, HR Analytics or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist or Analytics Consultant, preferably with HR or people‑analytics exposure.
• Proven ability to work with large HR datasets and deliver business‑focused insights.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Power BI Cloud (data modelling, semantic layer optimisation).
• Hands‑on experience with Databricks and SQL.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience with Jira is a plus.
