HR Specialist – New College Graduate Program

About the role

NVIDIA is offering a two‑year New College Graduate program in Human Resources for the EMEA region. The role rotates through multiple HR functions, giving you hands‑on experience across recruiting, HR technology, learning & development, talent management and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with both people‑focused and technical teams to understand their unique needs.
• Provide outstanding customer service and efficient support to internal stakeholders.
• Develop strong partnering relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Participate in 6‑8 diverse rotations covering core HR areas.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Understanding of cross‑functional business work and at least one EU country’s labor law.
• Engaging, responsive, and quick to act with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Eagerness for continuous learning, especially in emerging HR technologies.
• Proven ability to organize priorities and deliver results.
• Service‑oriented, solution‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and tools.
