About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Associate to join our commercial team. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on training while you co‑manage existing accounts and learn to identify new market opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Co‑manage a portfolio of existing accounts and learn the full sales process from experienced professionals.
- Map comprehensive customer profiles to uncover untapped opportunities and generate new revenue streams.
- Handle new contracts, sales requirements, and inquiries using our CRM system.
- Execute sales steps by contacting existing and prospective accounts, building lasting relationships.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or enthusiastic newcomer with a commercial mindset.
- Up to one year of sales administration experience.
- Fluent in English; additional European language (e.g., German, French, Nordic) is a strong advantage.
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to handle pressure, rejection, and uncertainty with a positive, extroverted attitude.
Required skills
- Experience using a CRM system for sales activities.
