Key Account Manager – Sephora EU

About the role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to own and develop Yepoda’s strategic partnership with Sephora across the EU. The role will be fully dedicated to Sephora, driving retail growth, brand visibility and commercial performance for our clean K‑Beauty brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day relationship with Sephora EU on commercial, category and operational matters.
• Monitor sell‑out data, track performance at market and store level, diagnose issues and create action plans.
• Lead commercial discussions on assortment, launch plans, promotional calendars and growth opportunities.
• Ensure strong brand presence and execution across Sephora touchpoints, both in‑store and online.
• Handle forecasting and sell‑through planning to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Product teams for smooth launches and campaigns.
• Identify and drive new opportunities with clear timelines and follow‑through.
• Monitor competitor activity and category trends to strengthen positioning.
• Contribute to building the retail operating model as the business scales.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account management or trade marketing within beauty or premium retail, preferably with direct exposure to Sephora.
• Hands‑on operator who enjoys detailed work on sell‑out, store execution and promotional planning.
• Data‑driven mindset, able to turn numbers into commercial actions and present insights.
• Strong understanding of Sephora’s retail model, promotional calendar and commercial KPIs.
• Background in scaling or challenger brands, building processes from scratch.
