Manufacturing Production Worker – Transformers (m/f/d)

About the role

Join the Würth Elektronik Midcom team in Munich as a Production Worker focused on the manufacturing of custom magnetic components. You will work in a high‑tech environment, applying theoretical knowledge to optimise production processes for transformers under 400 W.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and test transformers, measuring electrical and mechanical parameters.
• Identify and implement process improvements to ensure smooth, error‑free production.
• Support development engineers during the design‑to‑manufacture phase.
• Complete sample reports and maintain accurate technical documentation.

Required profile

• Completed training as an electronics or electrical technician, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience with measurement technology, mechanics and basic electronic components is desirable.
• Business‑fluent English; German language skills are an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to recognise and eliminate production errors.
