Mid-Market Account Executive (EMEA) – SaaS Sales

About the role
We are looking for a French‑fluent Mid‑Market Account Executive to drive new‑logo acquisition across the EMEA region. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline generation to closing deals with mid‑market companies (100‑1,000 employees).
Key responsibilities
- Generate and qualify a pipeline of new business opportunities, sourcing at least 50% of leads yourself.
- Conduct product demos and articulate the value of Ashby’s platform to prospects.
- Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, including negotiations, contract review, and closing deals typically above $50k ACV.
- Guide prospects through the evaluation and buying process, engaging multiple stakeholders to achieve consensus.
- Maintain accurate, real‑time updates in the CRM and manage a portfolio of multiple concurrent opportunities.
- Travel up to 25% of the time for customer meetings, events, and conferences.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle SaaS sales experience with a proven record of closing $50k+ deals.
- Demonstrated ability to sell complex platform technologies in a sales‑led GTM motion.
- Strong new‑business hunting mindset, comfortable self‑sourcing the majority of your pipeline.
- Fluent in both English and French, with experience selling across multiple EMEA markets.
- Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex concepts and deliver compelling demos.
