About the role
We are looking for an Office Manager to support the daily operations of our Landshut site. The role is ideal for a university student studying Business Administration, Finance, Office Management or a related field who wants to gain practical experience in finance and administrative processes.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate incoming invoices, ensure timely approvals and payments, and handle supplier inquiries and data.
- Manage recurring administrative processes, document workflows and continuously improve them.
- Serve as the central contact point for internal and external administrative matters.
- Oversee day‑to‑day office operations, including mail, parcels, access systems, office supplies, small events and external service providers.
- Provide support for occupational health and safety related topics.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in a university program (Business Administration, Finance, Office Management or similar).
- Initial experience in office or administrative tasks is a plus.
- Structured, reliable and able to work independently.
- Very good German language skills and strong English proficiency.
