Operations Management Intern – AI & Greentech (Berlin)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing renewable energy startup as an Operations Management Intern, working at the intersection of AI and greentech. You will support German customers, translate feedback into product insights, and collaborate closely with founders and the account team. This full‑time, on‑site role is based in Berlin and requires C2 German proficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights and help shape new features.
• Collaborate with co‑founders and the Head of Account Management on initiatives such as trade shows, product testing and competitor benchmarking.
• Assist in drafting product specifications and feature requests based on real use cases.
• Set up and configure customer accounts tailored to business needs and act as the technical point of contact via chat, WhatsApp or email.
• Join customer calls with Account Managers to provide product expertise and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain customer records and track key engagement metrics.

Required profile

• Final‑year student at a top engineering or business school, or on a gap year.
• Structured, proactive and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong interest in customer success, sales and customer engagement.
• Available to start in September for at least a five‑month internship in Berlin.
• Bonus: previous experience in SaaS, startups or customer‑facing roles.
