Operations Manager Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Manager Assistant to support the ADCMS team at our headquarters in Sinsheim. The role provides comprehensive administrative and logistical assistance, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate personnel management.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain personnel records and update HR databases.
• Conduct new‑hire orientations and manage in‑processing/out‑processing.
• Submit badge requests and keep access records up to date.
• Assist employees with basic HR and payroll questions, including QuickBooks payroll.
• Provide logistical support for business‑related travel and review expense reports.
• Maintain site training records, training rosters, and staffing trackers.
• Handle same‑day coverage requests, call‑ins, and keep the Operations Manager informed on staffing and attendance.
• Support contract administration, quarterly employee awards, and other ad‑hoc tasks while preserving confidentiality.
