Operations Planning & Analytics Lead

About the role

Stark is looking for an Operations Planning & Analytics Lead to own the quantitative backbone of its operations. You will design and run the S&OP process, define KPI frameworks, and deliver weekly and monthly business reviews that give senior leadership a reliable view of performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and lead the end‑to‑end S&OP process covering demand, supply, inventory and financial reconciliation.
• Define and maintain the KPI framework for operations, setting measurement cadence and reporting standards.
• Build and update weekly and monthly business review data packs, performing variance analysis and providing commentary.
• Collaborate with BI/Reporting analysts to ensure data infrastructure is robust and reporting is accurate.
• Translate operational questions into structured analytical frameworks and data products.
• Recruit, develop and manage a Planning Analyst and a BI/Reporting Analyst.
• Act as the primary analytical liaison between operations teams and senior leadership.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience in operations planning, supply chain, or FP&A within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience building or redesigning planning processes, not just maintaining them.
• Track record of delivering management reporting that leadership relies on.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• BSc/MSc in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
