Partner Assistant (all genders)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Partner Assistant to join our Partner Team at PLAION’s headquarters in Munich/Planegg. In this hybrid, full‑time position you will support the day‑to‑day administration between partners, internal teams and the finance department, helping to drive the success of our AAA game releases.

Key responsibilities

• Administer product lifecycle data, including HLA records, promotional calendars and sales updates.
• Act as data‑management liaison with the Austrian office, handling product setup, SRP and sales flag maintenance.
• Perform cost calculations for promotions and projects, and prepare decision templates.
• Monitor and report on promotional implementation and distribution provisions.
• Support credit control by coordinating with finance to track distribution provisions.
• Analyse, forecast and report on new releases and core catalogue performance.
• Maintain purchase ordering processes and contract database, updating termination dates and notice periods for Account Directors and Partner Managers.
• Prepare commercial reports such as pre‑orders, stock, sales, monthly AOP updates and stock targets.
• Manage internal and external release schedules and advise the commercial team as needed.

Required profile

• Pro‑active attitude with genuine interest in the entertainment and gaming industry.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and a positive phone manner.
• Detail‑oriented and able to work autonomously within a joint team.

Required skills

• Computer literacy with experience in database management.
