About the role

Join Maje’s Berlin store as a Retail Sales Assistant and become the face of the brand for our customers. You will create a personalized, emotional shopping experience, foster loyalty, and contribute to the store’s overall performance.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, delivering a high‑level, personalized service.
• Develop customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Manage stock, replenish merchandise, and ensure the sales floor is tidy.
• Implement visual‑merchandising guidelines to maintain brand standards.
• Support promotional activities and store events.
