Sales Assistant – Luxury Retail

About the role

Join the MaxMara store as a Sales Assistant and become the face of a leading luxury fashion brand. You will deliver an exceptional in‑store experience, share the brand’s DNA with clients, and help drive sales while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a high‑standard shopping experience at all times.
• Demonstrate deep product and brand knowledge acquired through training and stay updated on market trends and competitors.
• Execute the brand’s selling ceremony, actively seeking sales opportunities to meet store targets and KPIs.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and support shop operations.
• Engage clients through interactive experiences, build confidence, and convert new visitors into loyal customers.
• Achieve conversion goals while continuing to service existing clientele.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or high‑end fashion.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Fluent in English and German; Italian is a plus.

Required skills

• Language proficiency: English, German (Italian optional).
