Sales Manager – Wholesale Business Relaunch (Germany)

About the role

Napapijri is seeking a Sales Manager to rebuild its wholesale business in Germany. You will start from a limited base, focusing first on menswear and footwear, and later expand into womenswear and kids.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the commercial restart of the German wholesale market, defining distribution and growth strategy aligned with brand positioning.
• Identify, open, and develop strategic local key accounts, building long‑term partnerships.
• Personally manage a portfolio of accounts with a hands‑on sales approach.
• Oversee sell‑in, forecasting, order management, and daily wholesale operations during the rebuild phase.
• Analyze sell‑through performance and translate insights into actionable growth plans.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent in‑store execution, visibility, and product storytelling.
• Collaborate closely with European HQ and cross‑functional teams to support long‑term market development.

Required profile

• Strong existing wholesale network in Germany, preferably in lifestyle, outdoor, or premium fashion.
• Proven experience in market build‑up or business relaunch environments.
• Highly entrepreneurial and execution‑driven, comfortable operating end‑to‑end.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Passion for brand building, outdoor culture, and premium lifestyle fashion.
