Senior Hardware Engineer

About the role

STARK is looking for a Senior Hardware Engineer to lead the design of high‑performance electronics for autonomous drone and aerospace platforms. You will translate complex system requirements into robust hardware solutions and own the full product lifecycle from concept through mass production.

Key responsibilities

• Support system engineers during the concept design phase and review system requirements.
• Design complex multilayer PCBs using Altium Designer for advanced drone and aerospace applications.
• Collaborate with mechanical, embedded‑software and system teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Lead prototyping, verification, and testing activities, including system‑level test campaigns.
• Provide technical support to field engineers for maintenance and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Aerospace or related engineering.
• 5‑10 years of hardware/electronic design experience in safety‑critical industries (aerospace, defense, robotics, automotive).
• Proven ability to lead hardware development from concept to production under tight timelines.
• High flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and strong problem‑solving skills.
