Senior Mobile Engineer – Kotlin Multiplatform

About the role

As a Senior Mobile Engineer you will shape the architecture and delivery of our mobile applications for millions of fans worldwide. You will work in a cross‑platform environment powered by Kotlin Multiplatform and leverage generative AI tools to accelerate development.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and evolve iOS and/or Android applications.
• Drive and own the Kotlin Multiplatform architecture and shared‑code strategy.
• Make technical decisions that ensure code quality and long‑term maintainability.
• Integrate generative AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) into the development workflow.
• Collaborate with product, design, backend and stakeholder teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best engineering practices.

Required profile

• Proven track record of shipping professional iOS (Swift) and/or Android (Kotlin) apps used by tens of thousands of users.
• AI‑first mindset with experience using generative AI throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Deep understanding of mobile architectures and the full app lifecycle.
• Ability to communicate architectural decisions across multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience onboarding teams to modern engineering processes (Git, CI/CD, testing).
