Senior Partner Channel Manager

About the role

As a Senior Partner Channel Manager you will lead Westwing’s expansion into premium retail locations such as high‑end department stores. Based in Munich, you will work in a fast‑moving, startup‑like environment, collaborating with internal teams and external partners across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and sign new premium partner channels that align with Westwing’s brand and strategy.
• Lead onboarding processes, including negotiation of terms, retail design, product assortment selection, operational setup and marketing coordination.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing partners, monitor sales performance and continuously improve assortments and processes.
• Report to the Director of Stores & Partner Channels and cooperate with the executive team and cross‑functional leaders.
• Explore AI and automation opportunities to enhance scalability and partner experience.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in sales, key account management, buying or business development, preferably in home & living or fashion.
• Strong conceptual, analytical and project‑management abilities with a proven record of handling complex, multi‑workstream projects.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership and hands‑on attitude, ready to make an impact from day one.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills; fluency in German and English.
• Willingness to travel frequently and thrive in a dynamic environment.
