Senior Quality Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to raise the reliability, performance, and overall quality of our logistics and e‑commerce platform. You will define, automate, and continuously evolve quality standards while collaborating closely with engineering, product, design, and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve quality standards in partnership with engineering, product, and design.
• Establish, track, and analyze quality metrics to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement of testing processes through automation and modern QA best practices.
• Provide guidance on bug tracking, test documentation, test coverage, and defect‑resolution workflows.
• Contribute to test strategies that integrate with CI/CD pipelines and production monitoring.
• Support compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance for web and mobile applications.
• Proven track record delivering high‑quality, consumer‑facing products in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, test case design, and defect management.
• Hands‑on experience with automated UI testing frameworks and tools.
• Solid experience with Git, Agile development practices, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog.
• Analytical, problem‑solving mindset with clear communication and autonomous working style.
