Senior Sales Executive – Remote

About the role

You will become a trusted advisor to hotel owners, building awareness of how SiteMinder’s products can benefit their properties. You will learn the challenges faced by accommodation providers and offer solutions that add value to their day‑to‑day operations and bottom line. The role includes a month‑long sales training and onboarding program with a dedicated sales coach.

Key responsibilities

• Client acquisition – create new opportunities and upsell existing customers, managing the full sales cycle from outreach to demo and closing.
• Achieve sales KPIs and targets, working towards daily, weekly and monthly goals and finalising deals in a timely manner.
• Prepare accurate quotes, develop and present proposals, and negotiate contracts while balancing client value and company margins.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of business development activities in SiteMinder’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with local industry groups and travel associations to promote SiteMinder’s products and attend key events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SaaS sales, preferably within the hospitality or travel sector.
• Fluent German (C2 level) and professional proficiency in English.
• Confident phone presence, strong listening and communication skills, and ability to lead meetings with prospects.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and driven by a growth mindset, open to feedback and coaching.
