Site Construction Manager – Telecom Infrastructure

About the role

Artemis - ITS is looking for a Site Construction Manager to lead civil works projects for telecom infrastructure in Germany. You will coordinate all on‑site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise civil works projects and create detailed schedules.
• Manage supplies, warehouse stock, and equipment logistics.
• Conduct on‑site investigations and analyse maps, reports and drawings.
• Assess risks, material requirements and project costs.
• Organise crew set‑up, transportation and daily logistics.
• Ensure compliance with permits, safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and deliver technical documentation and files as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of on‑site project experience, preferably in telecom or construction.
• Excellent command of English and conversational German.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to demanding environments.
