Strategic Business Developer – MedTech

About the role

Zühlke is seeking a Strategic Business Developer to drive new‑logo acquisition within the Bavarian MedTech ecosystem. You will identify prospects, open doors, shape opportunities and close deals for custom software, hardware, AI and data solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Target and acquire new MedTech clients, focusing on high‑value, long‑term contracts.
• Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders and strategic buying committees.
• Translate Zühlke’s technology capabilities into clear value propositions for clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
• Hand over won projects to the client‑management team with comprehensive commercial documentation.
• Travel up to 50% to meet clients and stay connected to the local ecosystem.

Required profile

• Proven hunter mindset with strong commercial energy.
• Established network in the Bavarian MedTech sector.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to spot technology‑driven business value.
• Deep understanding of regulated product‑development environments.
• Comfortable navigating long sales cycles and complex stakeholder groups.
