Talent Acquisition Lead – Global Hiring

About the role

BEAT81 is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to own end‑to‑end hiring across all functions. You will shape the recruitment experience, build strong talent pipelines, and partner with leaders to attract exceptional talent that fuels our fast‑growing fitness‑tech business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for Product, Engineering, Operations, and Corporate roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs, coach them on best practices, and ensure shared accountability.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines, leveraging AI tools and proactive sourcing strategies.
• Implement structured interviews, data‑driven decision making, and consistent hiring standards.
• Provide recruitment analytics and visibility into pipeline health and hiring performance.
• Mentor junior team members such as working students or interns as the function expands.

Required profile

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience in a high‑growth startup, scale‑up, or technology company.
• Proven track record hiring across product, engineering, operations, and corporate functions.
• Strong stakeholder management with the confidence to challenge senior leaders.
• Data‑driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Expertise with Greenhouse or a comparable applicant tracking system.
• Advanced sourcing techniques, including AI‑enabled tools.
• Experience designing and conducting structured, evidence‑based interviews.
