Team Manager – Life Sciences Recruitment (Permanent)

About the role

Phaidon International is seeking an experienced 360 recruiter to step into a permanent Team Manager position in Berlin. You will lead the EPM Scientific brand, shaping its growth and culture while mentoring a team of consultants focused on Life Sciences recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a group of five consultants within the EPM Scientific Berlin team.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships across the Life Sciences market in Germany.
• Manage candidate pipelines, provide consultative support and guide talent through the hiring journey.
• Contribute to strategic expansion of the EPM brand, influencing team culture, processes and market positioning.
• Stay abreast of industry developments, trends and regulatory updates to deliver informed recruitment solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a 360 recruiter in Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices or related technical sectors.
• First leadership experience or a strong desire to step into a team‑lead function.
• Deep understanding of the full recruitment life‑cycle and client management.
• Consistent track record of performance and target achievement.
• Fluent English communication skills.
