Teamlead Software Engineer – Lead Development Team

About the role

As a Teamlead Software Engineer you will steer a high‑performing engineering team that builds digital solutions for the care sector. You will combine modern technology with a strong team spirit to deliver impactful software for care facilities and families.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure smooth IT operations and continuous development of our software applications.
• Manage software projects from concept through implementation, testing and maintenance while meeting quality standards.
• Drive operational excellence focusing on cost, scope, timeline, quality, technical debt and knowledge sharing.
• Support strategic direction aligned with annual goals and improve agile development processes.
• Lead, mentor and develop software developers, planning resources and fostering skill growth.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT specialist training.
• Strong understanding of software development methods, processes and tools, preferably with product‑management experience.
• Focus on frontend development with ReactJS and UX, plus solid backend knowledge in C#.
• Several years of hands‑on experience as a senior frontend developer, lead engineer, software architect or full‑stack developer.
• Proven leadership skills, high independence and assertiveness.
• Very good written and spoken English.
