Venture Developer (all genders)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Venture Developer to shape and launch high‑margin, digital‑first companies. You will work closely with the Founding Partners, acting as an interim founder while building the business from idea to market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and viable business models for new ventures.
• Define value propositions, go‑to‑market strategies, roadmaps, and financial models including unit economics and scaling levers.
• Launch the first product in Germany (with potential expansion across the EU) and iterate on the Minimum Lovable Product/Service.
• Measure and track the most relevant KPIs to drive growth.
• Lead the venture as an interim founder, recruit talent, and support existing portfolio companies when needed.
• Repeat the process to create multiple successful ventures.

Required profile

• Bias for action with a sense of urgency and the ability to make low‑risk decisions quickly.
• Courage under pressure and a high‑ownership mindset, willing to get hands‑on across the full venture lifecycle.
• Strong “get‑shit‑done” attitude, pragmatic problem‑solving, and willingness to tackle any task.
• Evidence‑driven approach, comfortable working with numbers, KPIs, and manual data analysis.
• Optimistic, resilient, and able to give and receive candid feedback.
