Venture Partner – AI Venture Studio

About the role

We are a Berlin‑based AI venture studio seeking a Venture Partner to co‑found 4–5 AI‑first startups each year. You will work closely with technical founders at the zero‑to‑one stage, validating hypotheses, designing early systems and preparing ventures for investment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, attract and vet world‑class technical founders before incorporation.
• Partner hands‑on with founders during ideation to validate venture hypotheses and define product direction.
• Drive the 0‑to‑1 product development lifecycle from customer discovery to acquiring first paying users.
• Coach and mentor founders on early‑stage product design and roadmap creation.
• Evaluate and stress‑test technical feasibility and market viability of inbound venture concepts.
• Own product validation, early‑stage co‑building and investment readiness for multiple AI startups annually.

Required profile

• Experience building and shipping AI/ML products as a founder, early engineer or senior lead.
• Proven track record taking products from raw customer discovery to first paying customers.
• Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Computer Science, Machine Learning or a highly quantitative field.
• Domain expertise in Industrial AI, Healthcare, Robotics or FinTech.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and German.
