Videographer / Director of Photography (d/f/m)

About the role

We are looking for a creative Videographer / Director of Photography (d/f/m) to lead the production of high-quality video content that brings the MIKUTA brand to life across campaigns, social media, and e-commerce platforms. The role is based in Berlin and involves frequent on-location shoots in Europe, including Portugal and Mallorca.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit cinematic video content for campaigns, social media, paid ads, website and brand storytelling.
• Produce lifestyle-driven footage that reflects the MIKUTA aesthetic for fashion, accessories and behind-the-scenes stories.
• Collaborate with the photographer, founders and creative directors to translate concepts into on-brand video.
• Maintain a consistent visual language through editing, pacing, color grading and sound design.
• Operate professional camera, lighting and production equipment in natural-light outdoor and studio environments.
• Manage post-production workflows, including editing, sound design, color correction and final delivery in multiple formats.
• Support campaign, factory and travel shoots in Portugal and Mallorca, capturing craftsmanship and production processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional videography / DOP experience, preferably in fashion.
• Strong artistic eye and ability to deliver premium visual execution.
• Proven track record of creating video for social media, ads and e-commerce.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, outdoor and travel shooting environments.
