Visiting Founders Associate – Sales (Internship)

About the role

Join Peec’s fast‑growing Series A team as a Visiting Founders Associate focused on sales. You will support sales, growth and customer success while helping shape the company’s go‑to‑market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Work across Sales, Growth, and Customer Success, going where the company needs you most.
• Help build the sales playbook and uncover untapped revenue opportunities.
• Create content and drive launches for new product and growth initiatives.
• Design internal processes and keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Assist in recruiting and attracting top‑tier talent to grow the team.
• Jump into messy, undefined problems, learn fast and make things happen.

Required profile

• Currently studying, on a gap semester, or recently graduated and available full‑time for 3‑6 months.
• Prior exposure to a fast‑moving environment such as a startup, VC fund, investment bank, consulting firm, or a student initiative you built.
• Obsession with startups and ability to thrive in unstructured settings.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for outreach and relationship building.
• Solid grasp of technology and enthusiasm for hands‑on work with cutting‑edge AI and SaaS tools.
• Strong hunger to grow quickly and take ownership from day one.

Required skills

• Exposure to product, growth, marketing, strategy, or operations is a plus.
• Comfort with tools like Figma, Linear, Lemlist, Clay, and n8n.
• Strong analytical skills and fluency with numbers.
• Creativity and an eye for design to produce world‑class content and decks.
