VP / General Manager – Commercial Strategy & Market Access

About the role

Join a fast‑growing life‑sciences platform as the commercial leader responsible for shaping strategy, market access and customer success for next‑generation drug launches. You will work at the intersection of AI, pharmaceutical strategy and global commercialization.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deepen strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical and biotech customers across Europe and worldwide.
• Act as a trusted advisor on pricing, market access, reimbursement and launch strategies.
• Drive new‑business acquisition, identify opportunities and convert them into revenue growth.
• Lead commercial conversations from initial engagement through proposal development and closing.
• Translate customer needs and market insights into actionable product feedback and strategic direction.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence future product development priorities.
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences and maximize client value from the platform.
• Contribute to defining the company’s commercial direction, market expansion and long‑term growth strategy.

Required profile

• Extensive expertise in pricing, market access, reimbursement and launch strategy within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record in business development, client relationship management and revenue generation.
• Strong network across pharmaceutical and biotech organisations, especially in European markets.
• Confidence engaging senior stakeholders in strategic discussions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in high‑growth, fast‑paced environments.

Required skills
