Working Student – Category Management (m/f/d)

About the role

As a Working Student in Category Management you will support the team in shaping Westwing's Home & Living assortment. You will help select new products, maintain the existing portfolio and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Support product selection from new and existing premium and contemporary brands.
• Analyse category performance on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Conduct competitor research in target categories.
• Assist in developing assortment strategies for defined categories.
• Collaborate closely with experienced Category Managers and learn best‑in‑class assortment building.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Business Administration, Management or equivalent degree programme.
• Passion for Home & Living with a strong sense for products, trends and aesthetics.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, structured working style and high motivation.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
