Account Manager – Senior Brand Specialist (AVS)

About the role

As an Account Manager (internally called Senior Brand Specialist) you will own the strategic relationship with a portfolio of complex vendor accounts across multiple EU marketplaces. You will develop unified, customer‑centric business plans that drive growth for both Amazon shoppers and your vendor partners.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute Vendor Growth Plans (VGPs) and contribute to Joint Business Planning (JBP) for a Pan‑EU portfolio.
• Lead supply‑chain strategy to reduce costs, eliminate defects and improve operational efficiency at scale.
• Define and implement marketing and brand‑visibility initiatives in partnership with Amazon Advertising.
• Identify market gaps, expand product selection and manage product lifecycles, including new launches.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Category Management, Supply Chain, Finance and Marketing teams to turn insights into actionable plans.
• Mentor junior team members, supporting their professional development.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex vendor relationships on Amazon or similar e‑commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into strategic actions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across multiple markets.
• Ability to work quickly in a fast‑changing environment and adopt new technologies.

Required skills

• Advanced data analytics (conceptual understanding).
• Familiarity with generative AI tools for business planning.
